The issue is not related to a uniform, but rather stems from the individual responsibility of each employee, to wear a dress that reflects the nature of his work, and reflects the positive image of the institution and its visitors.
In my own opinion, I think that the goal of dressing for the workplace is to give a highly qualified professional image of yourself, regardless of your profession or career path. Your dressing style, colors and lengths as well as fashion sizes will speak volumes about your ability to perform your duties.
In my opinion, the uniform constitutes a common factor for employees, which distinguishes them from other customers or clients, in addition to that it highlights part of the nature and policy of the entity in which they work, whether for the company’s policy or the nature of its work.
