Where does Uni4rm company deliver the orders ?
We deliver our orders to all clients within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we can deliver orders to the gulf area as well but with specific conditions.
We work in the field of uniforms for institutions, hotels, airlines…etc. And our dealings with major Saudi institutions, hotels and airlines, thanks to God, specialize in clothing for all departments and specialties, and a suitable design for everyone according to the nature of his work.
What are the shipping procedures ?
Can I order one set of uniform ?
Uni4m company only executes orders starting from a dozen uniforms ( 12 sets of uniforms ), but there is no maximum number of uniform sets you can order.
If I have a customized uniform design in my mind, do you have the capability of drawing it on paper ?
Sure, we have a team that will listen to your description, discuss options and details with you, give you tips and guidance and then draw the final design properly on paper to be ready for execution.
Can I cancel after placing my order ?
Uni4m company only starts executing orders after receiving half of the manufacturing charges as a down payment, down payments are non-refundable even in case of cancellation.
When can I expect to receive my order at my facility ?
The uniforms manufacturing process takes 3-5 working days, in addition to the shipment period.
In case of design, size or quality flaws from your side, do I get a replacement ?
Uni4rm company guarantees the lowest percentage of manufacturing flaws and as well guarantees the highest quality of fabrics, therefore we commit to replacing any flawed piece in addition to delivery charges to your door step.
Can Uni4m company manufacture a sample or two of my customized uniform to able to make a proper decision?
Absolutely, we can manufacture as many samples as the client needs, in any size or color. While manufacturing and shipping fees are totally charged to the client.
