What this policy covers
This page explains what the Uni4my site collects when you browse it or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. The site is a catalogue for requesting quotes: it has no accounts and takes no payments.
What you send through the forms
When you fill in a form on the site (Contact Us, Weave Your Identity, Join Us, catalogue download) your details reach us as an email to the company mailbox: name, company name, mobile number, email address, city, the details of your request, and your CV on the careers form. The site keeps no copy of these details in a database.
We use what you send to answer your request and prepare a quote, or to consider a job application.
WhatsApp and email
The quote request buttons open WhatsApp or the mail app on your device with a message written out for you from what you chose. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself, and what happens after that is governed by the privacy policy of WhatsApp or your email provider.
The quote list
The products you add to the quote list are kept in your browser on your device and reach us only when you send the request. You can empty the list from its page at any time.
Cookies and measurement
The site sets no cookies of its own for browsing its pages. It uses Google's tools to measure visits and the effect of our advertising: Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement, through Google Tag Manager. With your consent on the cookie banner these tools set cookies on your device and measurement runs in full.
Until you consent these tools run in a denied state (Consent Mode): no cookies or identifiers are stored on your device, and Google receives only cookieless measurements. Your choice is kept in your browser for 180 days and can be changed at any time from the Cookie settings link at the foot of the page.
How Google handles dataServer logs
The server hosting the site keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, time of the request, page requested, browser type) for security and to keep the site running, and limits how many forms one address can send in an hour to protect against abuse.
Your rights and how to reach us
You may ask what we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, under the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia. For privacy requests, write to us at:
