A uniform for food service staff in hospitals and healthcare facilities: a waistcoat with a mandarin collar, front buttons, grey-piped pockets and a back belt, over a white long-sleeve shirt, with dark grey trousers (PANTONE 425C). The women's version has a long, knee-length waistcoat.
A poly-viscose twill in dusty mauve (Dusty Mauve 16-1606 TCX) at 220 to 240 gsm. The organisation's logo is embroidered in white on the left chest, 7 cm wide and 8 to 10 cm below the shoulder line; the job title may be embroidered on the right chest at the same width in white thread, and the back stays clear of any logo or lettering. Sizes S to 4XL. Compliant with the Health Holding Company's standard for non-clinical staff uniforms.
